We the people of Illinois, in order to Live in a Safe and Fair Land, To enjoy the fruits of OUR labors, To Praise our GOD unashamed and Not have Him removed from our Society and to enjoy the Truth of the REPUBLIC of government as Originally created by the Founding Fathers of our Nation, to be able to enjoy in Perpetuity the Freedoms and Rights won by our Veterans and Forefathers, whether in Law or War and Enjoy the Responsibilities of a Self Governed Nation of Representation, where ALL are truly equal under the law and SUBJECT to it equally whether you are a Citizen or Official, Respectfully request that we be allowed to Withdraw from the United States of America to Form a New Government, Truly of the People, For the People and By the People, So Help us God.
