Whereas the Federal government has broken its compact of trust with the People of our Republic, whereas the currently sitting administration has undertaken numerous actions, executive orders and usurpation of the duly proscribed processes in place for administration of the will of the People and the creation of laws, it becomes necessary for the People to dissolve their relationship with said government in the interests of preserving the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the sovereignty of the state of Wisconsin.
A central, federal government that ignores the will of the People, does not do the work of the People and the compact existing between that government and the state of Wisconsin and its People can no longer be maintained in good faith.
