Peacefully allow the state of Idaho to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

As the Declaration of Indepencendce says: "All men are created equal and they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness— That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed".
We belive that the current administration is taking away these rights and not keeping them with their policies.
So we must do what our founding fathers did when they felt their rights were being taken away and withdraw from the Union. As the Declaration of Independence says: "When in the Course of human events it becomes it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands".....
This is why Idaho wishes to peacfully withdraw from the USA
