Peacefully allow the State of Minnesota to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

The US continues to put its citizens at risk by the out of control debt caused by the federal government's irresponsible spending, and the economic burden placed for this and future generations. The citizens of the US suffering from blatant abuses of their rights such as the TSA, the growing infringement of their personal and property rights, the growing federal regulatory constraints on small businesses, the confiscatory taxation of its citizens and shrinking rights of states to govern themselves, we Minnesotans seek to withdraw from the union and form a new government to protect it's citizens' standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government.
