Peacefully allow the State of MINNESOTA to withdraw from the United States and become an Independent Nation.

The Declaration of Independence clearly lays out the Natural Right of the people to abolish their government and create a new one. "...Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." As the political dysfunction in Washington D.C. continues, as the dissatisfaction grows, as the approval of the US Government continues to plummet; it is the right of WE the PEOPLE to leave the Union and form our own Independent State Government.
