Peacefully allow the state of Oregon to secede from the union and create it's own government

The people of Oregon have waited a long time for federal government reform in which the government would once again be "of the people, by the people, for the people." That has not happened, and with the existence of new law's such as the National Defense Authorization Act the people of Oregon no longer feel it is in the best interest of their safety or well-being to remain a member of the United States of America. Please allow Oregon to peacefully secede from the union and create its own government and laws without any interception or involvement of the U.S.A.
