From 1777 to 1791 the State of Vermont was a free and independent nation. We are petitioning the federal government for a return to that status.
Many times it seems like the policies of the Federal Government does not represent the will of the people rather the will of the lobbyists and corporations. This does not represent the ways and customs of Vermont.
