Peacefully allow the State of West Virginia to withdraw from the Union and create its own independent government.

We the people of the Great State of West Virginia ask that the surly bonds of socialism be released from our great state and we peacefully be allowed to self govern.
We, the people of West Virginia, believe the Obama administration, through the tyrannical yoke of its EPA is desroying our economy with its war on American energy, its war on American Coal, Oil and other energy.
In the words of our Mountaineer forefathers who voted 150 years ago to leave the Confederacy and rejoin the union: "The true purpose of all government is to promote the welfare and provide for the protection and security of the governed, and when any form or organization of government proves inadequate for, or subversive of this purpose, it is the right, it is the duty of the latter to alter or abolish it."
