Peacefully Allow the State of West Virginia to withdraw from the United states of America and create its own Government

West Virginia is suffering rules and regulations in the coal mining industry from the EPA and jobs are at stake.The Government is also ignoring the 2nd amendment when signing the UN's gun ban treaty. The Rights of the people, and principles of our founding fathers are being ignored by the federal government. So therefore it is necessary that the state of West Virginia withdraws from the U.S. to protect the rights of all its people.
