Peacefully allow Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana to secede and become its own country.

Let Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana leave the union and become it's own country and set up it's own government and laws according to the original constitution. This will allow the citizens of these current states to make decisions and laws that will benefit the citizens of these states versus what the whole current country seems fit. These states could become an ally to the current United States of America and also have trade agreements.
