The old voting system is a fraud, where really only two canidates have a chance of winning, and even than, the winner usually loses. I propose a raffle system that gives everybody a chance to win, plus it'll be really fun! :) not to mention the proceeds collected from the raffle could go toward education, social security, or counceling for gamblers.
