Peacefully create a law that deems it "illegal" to sell gasoline over 4 U.S. dollars a gallon.

This would allow more innovative thinking, and to become more energy independent.

Enacting this law would help many families as well, as gasoline would not become too expensive for them.

It is not ethical to charge over four US Dollars for gasoline.
