As the founding fathers of the United States of America made clear in the Declaration of Independence in 1776 their intention of separating from the King of England due to tyranny and crimes against the colonies, the current set of petitions asking to secede from the United States dishonor that momentous event.
The outcome of the elections of 2012, a Constitutional activity, hardly rises to the level of secession when there are many alternatives for people dissatisfied with the outcome including running for election themselves, denouncing their citizenship after they leave the country.
Childish actions politically motivated are nothing more than an embarrassment to them. Thank you for your consideration.
