Peacefully Deport those who signed the sucession bill to go back to a government called confederate union

Those who signed the petition to succeed from the union are no longer americans once they sign the petition and should have their cival rights stripped as well as their U.S citizenship.
Once they succeed from the union you will not only see chaos but a goverment form called the confederate union it didn't work out once, what make them think it will work again?
