The state of Texas wants to leave the union and we should not only allow them, but help them expedite the process. Texas is responsible for 30-37% percent of the nation's executions since 2010 depending on the year. Their criminal justice system is a mockery of the one our nation uses. Furthermore, their 38 electoral votes would be no longer a guaranteed Republican vote, essentially ending the Republican Party altogether. This is our chance to remove Texas from the Union and live as collectively civilized humans.
