Peacefully force economically failing states from the union.

The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from states not carrying their weight economically. Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, and Tennessee all received greater benefit in federal taxes than they pay for. As such, it is time to cut the dead weight represented by these states in order to create a more economically viable United States of America.
