This is a petition to reorganize the entirety of the State of Oklahoma as a homeland for Native American tribes and persons of verifiable Native American descent.
The reorganization will serve as the United States' last grand gesture of apology to the numerous Native American tribes who suffered in various ways since the creation of the United States of America.
Non-Native American persons will still be allowed to live in certain areas of the state, but the state government and the accompanying chief administrative powers will be passed on to a new Native American-led state government.
