Peacefully grant the 13 Southern States to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government's neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the TSA, etc. As seen in many elections the south does not have any say so in the choices of government. I petition that the south be able to stand on it own ability to govern itself. States of: Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Tennesse, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Mississippi, and Kentucky.
