Peacefully grant ammendment 64 to the state of Georgia and legalize recreational use of marijuana.

Created by H.F. on November 12, 2012

Allowing recreational use of marijuana can cut down on over crowding in our jails and prisons as well as produce revenue for the state for the production and sales of such a product. Production can also aid in creating jobs. Since marijuana is safer than alcohol and less harmful that all illegal drugs as well as non habit forming allowing its use does not put the community at any higher risk of injuries or death. Marijuana can be used for medical conditions such glaucoma, nausea/vomiting, anxiety and more. The use of tobacco and alcohol has proven time and again to have much higher risk factors and addictive qualities than marijuana. Legalizing recreational use of marijuana a sensable decision and a desire in high demand for millions in the U.S.
