Peacefully grant any state to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own new government.

We the people of the United States do see that in today's world the United States Government has led our citizens justly and with honor. We therefore as free men and women of United States do believe that it is time to let any state leave these United States to ensure our continued freedom, and to allow these foreign nations to enact their own laws and hereby govern without the United States government’s involvement in their internal matters from this day forward.
All states who vote to leave the United States shall return all federal land, vacate all federal buildings, return all federal money. Only citizens of the United States of America will be entitled to Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security
All foreign nations shall not receive any financial aid or military support from the U.S.A.
