Peacefully grant the Bay Area of California to withdraw from the state of California and form it's own new government!

The Bay Area including San Francisco continues to suffer difficulties stemming from the lack of civil, religious, and political freedoms imposed upon the city by less liberally minded Californians. It is entirely feasible for the Bay Area including San Francisco to operate as its own country, within the United States, whether the rest of California is successful in the current bid to secede or stays with the USA. It is important for the Bay Area including San Francisco to become a separate country as to do so would protect it's citizens' standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of the Bay Area's founding fathers.
