Peacefully grant Cascadia to withdraw from the United States of America and Canada and create its own NEW government.

We as the citizens of the geographic area of the United States and Canada wish to declare independence from our respected countries to form the Nation of Cascadia as originally attempted in the 1800s. The state would span from the southern border of Alaska and British Columbia in the U.S. and Canada, to the southern border of Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Northern California in the United States. We seek this freedom because we believe that the U.S. and Canada is to broad & diverse to evenly represent us in the state and federal government forum. Natural resources such as water and timber are abused and do not receive the political attention they deserve. Low income families & small family based business's found here are also neglected. Please grant us our freedoms that is promised to us.
