Peacefully grant the city of Houston Texas to withdraw from the state of Texas & remain part of the United States.

Houston Texas has been making decent progress recently. Unfortunately if the state of Texas is granted secession, Texas will bring down the city of Houston and turn it into a depressive city. Also with Affordable Care Act being implented, the governor of Texas decided to speak in behalf of the millions of uninsured and not expand Medicaid and act slow to start an insurance exchange for its' people. Texas remains one of top states with the biggest population of uninsured and with constant attacks toward helpful programs for women (Planned Parenthood), and also having several cities on top 10 of high obesity rates, Texas is a perfect formula for poor health on its population. The city of Houston would like to remain part of the Union to maintain the liberty & rights we deserve.
