Minneapolis will secede from the United States of America and create a new Sovereign Nation: U.B.A.C.M. (The United Bad-Ass Citizens of Minneapolis)
UBACM will be the first Nation-State in the history of history to create a "Playground Nation." All citizens will live in a series of interconnected tree houses, zip-lining from place to place. Ropes, slides, and safety nets will be furnished as well to ensure a variety of ways to exit those boring parties. Christmas will be replaced with an annual snowball fight in downtown-Ahem, excuse me-in the center of UBACM, then there will be a celebration of Evolution by Natural Selection party thereafter (other nations will be granted visas to attend party but not snowball fight.)
