Peacefully grant the city of New Orleans, LA to withdraw from the state of Louisiana and remain as a state of the USA.

New Orleans is a valuable community within the state of Louisiana, which is seeking to secede from our country. A petition that I believe should not be denied. Since is entirely feasible for New Orleans to operate as its own state, within the United States, in the event that Louisiana is successful in the current bid to secede. It is important for New Orleans to remain in the union as to do so would protect the citizens of Louisiana which would like to remain withing the Union.
