Peacefully grant the city of San Antonio, Texas to withdraw from the state of Texas and remain part of the United States.
San Antonio, Texas and its citizens continue to suffer difficulties stemming from the lack of civil, religious, and political freedoms imposed upon the city by less liberally minded Texans -- specifically including Governor Rick Perry and his Republican friends. It is entirely feasible for San Antonio to operate as its own state, or to operate in combination with Austin, Houston and Dallas, as a part of the United States. A state with San Antonio, Dallas, Austin and Houston and without Rick Perry would be a great state to live in.
