Virginia is one of the best states for business and has abundant natural resources such as coal in the Appalachian Mountains and offshore wind and oil. However, the Commonwealth cannot exploit these resources due to excessive and horrid regulations on businesses and energy. Therefore, we would like permission to withdraw from the United States of America and form a NEW government to be more successful than what we have now.
As the founding fathers of the United States of America made clear in the Declaration of Independence in 1776:
"...Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute new Government"
