Peacefully grant the Commonwealth of Virginia to withdraw from the United States and create its own NEW government.

To allow the Commonwealth of Virginia to peacefully withdraw from the United States of America and create its own new government or combine with other withdrawn states to form a new combined government. This is meant to be in the best interest of Virginia and its economic and industrial survival. Virginia is rich in natural resource's and must be allowed to pursue these resource's. Virginia shall also have the ability to support Israel and other international issues.
