Peacefully grant the District of Columbia to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own government.

The District of Columbia has been oppressed by the economical and government issues surrounding the United States of America. Washington D.C. should be allowed to withdraw from the Union and create its own new form of government and peacefully become an ally to the current United States of America.
