By allowing the District of Columbia to peacefully withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government. The current Administration could set up their own country based upon the values we have come to expect from them. Their country would be safely surrounded by the United States of America, who would protect their right to conduct themselves as they see fit.
All citizens of the District of Columbia who wish to remain citizens of the USA would be free to move to the state of their choice, thus making room for this administrations new friends they made through the recent ammnesty granted to them.
