Peacefully grant the Eastern Counties of Washington State, (Eastern Washington) to establish their own statehood.

The Eastern counties of the State of Washington continue to suffer neglect due to political challenges established in the Western counties of the State. The voice of the People in the eastern counties has been largely ignored and forced into a political deprivation. It is requested that the citizen body in the Eastern Counties of Washington State be allowed to choose, upon themselves, the right to secede from the Western counties and establish their own statehood controlled as they see fit.
