Peacefully grant El Dorado County CA to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

The State of California and the United States of America continue to suffer economic difficulties stemming from a neglect to reform domestic spending and violations of the US constitution. Citizens of El Dorado County California suffer from blatant abuses of their Constitutional rights, the continued attacks on timber harvesting, gold mining, right to bear arms, overbearing taxes, violations of citizen land rights. Given that El Dorado County wants to maintain a balanced budget and a constitutional government to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect its citizens' standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal or state government.
