To peacefully grant the first state of Delaware to withdraw from the union to form it's own Government

To give the free men and woman the right to remain free to pursue happiness. No longer do we need a failing Government to lead our state. It is time to enjoy freedom the way God has set for us, to allow him to guid us not Washington. For our people to work and take care of their families the way they see fit. We can and will stand on our own feet and create our own free nation where we can buy and sale how we please, to teach how we please, to form laws how we please and to live in peace and not spend money on war.
