The Federal government having failed to follow the United States Constitution by usurping power from the states and local governments and bankrupted this country, should no longer be able to hold states responsible for it's illegal actions.
Therefore, the State of Tennessee should be allowed to peacefully leave the current Republic and form it's own government as voted on by it residents.
