Peacefully grant the great State of Wisconsin to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own Republic.

We the people of the great State and Republic of Wisconsin according to collective conscience, going forth in our God given rights as a free people, appeal to the United States of America for the right of a peaceful secession from the bonds of our Union with the Federal Government. These rights are in accordance with the Declaration of Independence. We seek to carry on in the security of a Freed and New government to attend to our own State affairs without Federal interference.
