We the heretofore signed citizens of the great State of WEST VIRGINIA petetion for the peaceful withdraw from the United States in order to form our own soverign citizenary and live without the boundaries enslaved upon us from the government of the United States. We would withdraw this request once the government of the USA would recognize the great burden they have created upon the people of this state for years. This does not mean we do not love the USA, it simply states and requests we can not longer bear under the strain of what is continued to be placed on our everyday lives. We believe we know best for our state and have the ability and demographics to support our own NEW government.
