As the founding fathers of the United States of America made clear in the Declaration of Independence in 1776:

"When ... people ... dissolve ... the Laws … God ... requires ... separation."

I’m paraphrasing, but the important part is that God clearly states in the constitution that if people dissolve the laws, something a certain communist/socialist/terrorist/Kenyan/Muslim president is clearly guilty of, then God requires those states to separate and form a new government. LOOK IT UP.
