We the people of Utah request that the United States government allow mariage between persons of blood relation, including but not limited to siblings, cousins, parents/offspring, grandparents-grandchildren etc, as well as between humans and their pets, including but not limited to humans and cats, humans and dogs, humans and elephants, humans and horses etc.
