When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to connect and discuss with other people who may have different views of the world, who may live in other parts of the world, who may speak different languages, who may want to have exchanges of fair commerce and fair ideas with decency and respect.
Whenever any Form of Discussion becomes destructive, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute new Discussions and new forms of Discussion.
In that vein, create a network of discussion circles, in communities everywhere. Public places where people really speak and really listen, and learn how to listen and how to speak. Where logic as well as passion matter. Where facts and opinion are properly distinguished, creating diverse trustful communities
