Peacefully grant Petoria to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

The land at 31 Spooner St., Quahog, RI requests to be granted secession from the Untied States of America and form it's own independent government.

The new country shall be known as Petoria, and I, Peter Griffin shall rule it.
