Peacefully grant the planet of Tatooine to withdraw from the Galactic Empire and create its own New Republic.

The rebel alliance continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the empire’s neglect to reform domestic and intergalactic spending. The citizens of the galactic empire suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the truce at Bakura, the XWRS, etc. Given that the planet of Tatooine maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th largest economy in the known universe, it is practically feasible for Tatooine to withdraw from the galactic empire, and to do so would protect its citizens' standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our galactic congress which are no longer being reflected by the imperial senate.
