Because of Chicago, the people of Illinois who vote do not really get a say in who they want to be elected in to the White House. The citizens of Illinois suffer abuses that go against the Constitution, such as gun control, and they cannot out vote the city of Chicago on the issues. Not all of Illinois is anything like Chicago.
And the Federal Government has not been upholding its promise to protect Constitutional rights. Therefore Illinois, along with many other States of this once great nation should have the right to have a vote on if they want to secede, or remain part of the Union.
