Peacefully grant Secession to the entire South and allow it to set up its own NEW government

In 1775 we sent The Olive Branch Petition to Great Britain to try and work things out and to avoid full blown war. Our peaceful solutions were ignored by the British and so began the Revolutionary War between the new United States and Great Britain. As Americans we have the right to Unalienable righs among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness. We also have the right to secure these righs by setting up a government that will permanently protect and fulfill these rights and when a government refuses to protect our righs as Americans we have the right to take control, abolish and set a new foundation on a government. If President Obama really wants the best for all people in every state he will let the South not just Texas to Succeed from the United States.
