Peacefully grant Southern California to secede from Northern California and create its own state .

Southern California has long been misrepresented due to the large differences between Northern and South California. California is too large and contains too many citizens with contradicting beliefs. North is predominately Liberal while the south is more conservative, allowing succession would create a truer representation of the states.
