Ever since Chicago took the title as biggest city in Illinois they have had control of the state. In this previous election Obama only needed to win 4 county's to take the state of Illinois and the same goes for the Governor. Central and Southern Illinois is not represented when it comes to the electoral college in the elections and therefore should secede from the state of Illinois to form a state in which it's residents are represented fairly.
