We the people of the great state of Alabama do not see that our government in todays world has respected our civil liberties and adhered to the constitution of the United States. We therefore as free men and women of the state of Alabama do believe that it is time that we may take the matter into our own hands to ensure our continued freedom, and to enact our own laws to protect the future of our citizens.
As the founding fathers of the United States of America made clear in the Declaration of Independence in 1776:
