Petition is to allow the tenth article of the Constitution to be the basis of request. Purpose is that the US Government has failed to enforce immigration and is unable and unwilling to do so. Allowing Arizona to govern their self without federal involvement would create a government more based on morality and the conservative values espoused by the majority of the citizenship.
In addition, we desire no association with the UN and its efforts to disarm the American citizens.
Also, all candidates for public office will be vetted to the full extent possible to include complete review of all documentation of their life to ensure only the Constitution is obeyed.
