Peacefully grant the state of Arizona to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own New Government.

Under the 10th Amendment to the U.S Constitution, It allows all powers not vested into the Federal Government be vested into the states. The Federal Government has become a threat to the Continuation of our Freedoms, and we request you allow us to peacefully withdraw from the union.
