Sate governments can not go bankrupt, tired of the red states paying the light bills of the blue states and not getting there money back. The government of the United States is slowly shifting to the principals of Marxist instead of Thomas Jefferson. This petition is for the state of Arkansas to secede from the United States of America and set up its own government, under no laws of the United States.
