Peacefully grant the State of Arkansas to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

We the people of the Great State of Arkansas feel that the Federal Government has not only not upheld it's duty to serve and protect the Union but it has willingly engaged in fraudulent activities that have led to the decline and soon to be eventual collapse of the economy of the U.S.A. The ever continuing practices of eroding our liberties and freedoms and assaults on our citizens must end. We, the people of the Great State of Arkansas, will no longer stand to injustice and tyranny and request that we be peacefully removed from the Union to form our own government.
